In 2013 the Patient Information Forum (PIF) undertook a survey which sought to gain insight into health literacy.  It explored what health literacy meant, what specific strategies were in place to address the needs of people with low health literacy and how these strategies were implemented.  You can read the report of the 2013 survey here.

In 2019, we are repeating the survey to see what has changed, and how both health and digital literacy needs are being addressed and what is needed to provide equal access to information and support.

The survey should take 5-10 minutes to complete and should be returned by Friday 18th October 2019

Please enter your name and email address at the end of the survey if you wish to be entered into our prize draw to win a £20 Amazon voucher.

We are very grateful for your help.  Thank you.
