What matters to you?

Young people from the Gwent Regional Youth Forum, in partnership with The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner, are hosting an online Question Time style event on Thursday March 10 from 4.30pm until 6.30pm.

The event is an opportunity to have your voice heard, and to ask the people who make decisions about your communities’ questions about the things that really matter to you.

We would like to understand what is important to you to help us get a panel of professionals together to answer your questions and hear your voice.

Feeling safe, loved and happy whilst in a relationship and are able to spot signs of an unhealthy relationship.

Access to jobs and training
Being able to get information about employment and training opportunities

Youth Homelessness
When a young person does not have a safe place to live or stay.

Tackling discrimination and hate crime
Experiencing mental or physical abuse because of someone's race, religion, LGBTQ+ status, transgender identity or disability. These are known as "protected characteristics"

Food poverty
Having the opportunity to have healthy and affordable food for you and your family

Impact of Covid 19 on young people
The impact the pandemic has on the lives of young people.
