The survey below is a small information-gathering research exercise by Positive East, in order to get a picture of the chemsex scene in London, focussing on East London. We want to hear from gay men who use, or have used, chems during sex, whether or not they think that this use is or was a problem.

The survey is very brief and completely anonymous. We hope you can help by answering as many questions as possible – and we thank you for doing so!

Positive East does not currently provide programmes or services for men looking for support or advice around their chemsex use. But we work with some great organisations that do! If you are looking for support, please contact one of the following:

Lifeline - www.lifeline.org.uk
Antidote at London Friend – www.londonfriend.org.uk/get-support/drugsandalcohol/
Westminster Drug Project (Hackney) - www.wdp.org.uk/find-us/london

Or contact your GP, your local sexual health clinic or your local addictions or drugs and alcohol service providers, all of which you can find by visiting NHS Choices at www.nhs.uk.

This survey intends to gather anonymous information about the Chemsex trends in East London, to inform the work of a research group. No information asked in this questionnaire will permit anyone to identify you and completing this survey is totally optional and confidential.
