How do symptoms differ between people with Parkinson's?

The survey should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete and is intended for individuals with Parkinson's only.

Every person experiences Parkinson's differently, with their own set of symptoms. This survey is interested in the different symptoms people experience in relation to a number of demographic factors such as age of onset.
