Fuller Working Lives survey

The North East Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) is committed to improving skills in our area’s workforce, as set out in our Strategic Economic Plan.

Recent figures show that over 20% off the North East’s population is aged between 50 and 64, compared to 18% for England as a whole, and this is projected to grow. We’d like to find out whether that’s impacting your business. Responses to this survey will feed into our Fuller Working Lives programme, which is closely aligned to government strategy. We want to ensure employers can make best use of their 50+ workforce – and that each individual is getting the support they need.

Please complete our short survey to tell us what you are doing to support a 50+ workforce, including in-work practices and use of external tools. We would also like to know what you are struggling with and support or guidance you need. This will help us to shape the programmes and activities that businesses in our area need.

This survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and is entirely confidential.  Only the Skills team at the North East LEP will see your answers.

If you have any queries about the questionnaire, please do not hesitate to contact Lindsey Joy.

Thank you to the Better Health at Work team at the Trades Union Congress also for their help in putting this survey together.
