Pre and Post Natal Aqua Aerobics

We are physical activity development officers in the Local Sport Alliance at Harborough District Council. We have highlighted a need for more pre- and post-natal exercise opportunities within the Harborough District.
We have created a new exercise programme which aims to increase physical activity and wellbeing during all stages of pregnancy. Current UK Government guidelines state that women should aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity every week, both during pregnancy and post-partum in order to stay healthy.
This programme will consist of a pre and post natal aqua aerobics session each week, for 12 weeks. We want to hear from Mothers', Father's, expecting parents and New Mum's who would benefit from attending this programme to find out your opinions and preferences to develop this programme.
