Resident involvement is how we engage and work with PCH residents to improve your communities and the services we deliver.
Being an involved resident is also a great way to meet new people and develop new skills. We aim to create a variety of opportunities for all residents to be involved in a way that is convenient for them.

So maybe you can spare a few moments to give us feedback on a service you have received, or respond to an online survey or join us in a focus group. To keep up to date please sign up to our Resident Involvement List, where you will be first in line to receive information on involvement opportunities such as surveys, consultations, focus groups, reviews, ongoing improvement groups and scrutiny opportunities.
