Last month we launched our new and improved website. We are now keen to get some customer feedback to understand what works well and if there's anything we could improve on.
Our website has been totally redesigned, with a fresh and modern theme. We have reviewed all of its content to make it more helpful and easier to read. The user experience aims to be as equally good on smartphones and tablets as it is on a desktop computer. 'Quick links' on the homepage also makes it easier for residents to apply for a service, report a problem and make a payment.
