Outcome measures used in mental health services with young adults (18-25) |
Thank you for taking part in our survey.
This survey aims to collect feedback from mental health practitioners and clinicians about the outcome measures (eg HoNOS, GAD-7) you use with service users to inform clinical practice, evaluate your services and drive improvements. We are keen to hear from professionals working specifically with young adults aged between 18 and 25.
The survey will take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete and your answers will be anonymous. Your feedback will be used to better understand how mental health professionals use outcome measures to evaluate and improve their services. Aggregate information will be reported to NHS England and NHS Improvement.
At the end of the survey, we will ask you to share your contact details if you would like take part in a short phone interview with a member of the CORC team. Please note this is not mandatory. Your contact details will only be used for the purpose of the study and will not be shared with any third party.
