Otley Town Council and Otley Business Improvement District (BID) have commissioned People and Places Insight to undertake a review of Otley Town Centre and its visitor attractions.
Benchmarking has been conducted in over 350 locations, including Otley in 2021, and measures performance against 12 indicators such as Retail Offer, Footfall and Car Parking.
As part of the process, the following short survey has been devised to allow users to provide their ratings and views on various aspects of Otley Town Centre and its visitor attractions. The information gathered will be included in the overall report.
