WPCC October 2021 Short Breaks Activity Bulletin
We have put together this short form to enable Parent Carers to request a hard copy of the WPCC October 2021 Short Breaks Activity Bulletin.
The WPCC Short Breaks Activity Bulletin is a guide to what’s on for children & young adults with special educational needs and/or disabilities aged 0-25yrs during school holiday periods. Hard copies are normally distributed to Parent Carers who can't access it online, as well as schools, Children's Centres, libraries and other SEND related settings and services across Wiltshire, and it is always available online via the WPCC website.
Due to these unusual and challenging times and in light of the fact that we have decided to offer parent carers the opportunity to request a hard copy, we have a limited number of Short Break Bulletins which we would like to offer on a first come first served basis.
If you would like to request a hard copy of the WPCC October 2021 Short Breaks Activity Bulletin, please let us know by completing this simple form. We will post a copy free of charge to any parent carer who requests a copy while stocks last.
Copies will be allocated in the order in which requests are received.
