A major new initiative – called Outstanding Way – began in October 2016 to understand the barriers which clinical teams feel get in the way of looking after patients. This initiative is countywide, starting with our community-based teams. We have identified ‘Equipment’ as a priority project. We want to understand the barriers and frustrations staff have around equipment sourcing, ordering and the training available for using the TCES/Medequip system. The survey should only take 5 - 10 minutes to complete, but your feedback will be invaluable.
