Providers Survey

Oldham Council are seeking views about the local short breaks offer and the use of direct payment personal budgets in Oldham.  Alongside children, young people and their families who are being consulted the Council are also seeking the views of providers and wider stakeholders, for example those who deliver short breaks, or services through direct payment, or brokerage services, and those who work with children and young people with additional needs and disabilities within health, social care and education. You can find more information about short breaks here and direct payments and personal budgets here.

Action Together are undertaking this consultation on behalf of the Council, and are asking you to take this opportunity to share your views and opinions in a few simple questions so that your feedback can be used to inform Oldham Council about the types of services you think should be included in the Oldham short breaks offer. In turn this will help to shape Oldham Council’s process of funding short break provision and ensure it reflects what you think the needs of you and your family are.

All responses will be collated and presented to Oldham Council in a report in early May 2017, at which time the report will also be made available to parents, carers, children and young people via the Local Offer Website.

This is your opportunity to have your voice heard on short breaks and direct payment personal budgets, thanks for sharing your views with us.  Please note that this survey closes at 5pm on Friday 21st April 2017.
