Tricordants Organisation Design Health Assessment is a powerful and pragmatic tool to allow you to review the health and effectiveness of either your current or future organisations design. Please select which you will score before beginning.

The first few questions ask for simple demographics and contact details. Then there are 12 assessment questions, the first 4 check the strategic alignment of your organisation to the external environment. The next 4 check the internal systemic health and effectiveness across your organisation. The last 4 check the team health and effectiveness. Please briefly capture the key organisational issues which justify your scores in the comments boxes.
