Patient Survey for Novum Health Partnership

Baring Road Medical Centre and Rushey Green Group Practice have recently merged to form a new partnership called Novum Health Partnership. GP services will continue to run at both sites and by merging we are seeking to improve the service we offer to all of our patients. We would value your opinion on some of the opportunities provided by the merger and would be very grateful if you would complete the questionnaire below.

The merger provides the opportunity to share specialist skills across both sites, for example GPs with interest in Dermatology, Elderly care or Diabetes. This will allow patients to get more expert care at their GP surgery. Do you feel that this would be beneficial for you?
