This survey is for the residents of the parish of Nether Stowey and surrounding communities. The Village Hall and Recreation Ground are at the heart of the village.  By completing this survey, you will help the Trustees of the CIO to update its understanding of the needs, views, suggestions and level of support for the Stowey Centre project to ensure that a new Centre is equipped to serve the future needs of the community.

Our vision is to replace the existing Village Hall, which is no longer economically sustainable, and the Portacabin and Changing Hut with a multi-purpose Centre built on the Recreation Ground. The aim is to safeguard and improve the community’s access to sports, arts and recreational activities for generations to come. There is a real opportunity to improve the infrastructure in the village and enhance and expand the community activities for the benefit of the village and surrounding areas for many years to come.

We are working hard to obtain the necessary grant funding to turn the Stowey Centre project into a reality and your input is important.

For more information about the project visit www.netherstoweyvillagehall.co.uk or www.netherstoweyrg.co.uk.

Smart Communities Ltd, part of the Community Council for Somerset (CCS) has been commissioned by the Trustees of the CIO to input the results of this survey and analyse the data. Your information is important: please see the Privacy Statement at the end of this survey.
