The National Needlecraft Awards are a celebration of the world of Needlecraft. They are taking place at the Knitting and Stitching show in Kensington Olympia on the 1st March 2018.
 
Please use this form to submit your entry and / or vote for your favourite designer in the National Needlecraft Awards 2018.
 
You will be required to submit an image of your project and a brief description about why you should win. 
 
You are able to vote for your favourite designer without entering any awards. 
 
You are welcome to nominate a friend or family member for an award - please state why you've nominated them, their name and contact details in the text box. 
 
Young Stitcher of the Year award entry is by nomination from a responsible adult only and is open to Stitchers aged 16 and under. Stitching Hero is also nomination only. 
 
We are delighted to be able to give the DMC Collectors Tin with the new 35 colours and a year long SewandSo Select membership plus a trophy for the prize winners, all shortlisted entries also will receive a ticket to the Knitting and Stitching show. Terms and Conditions

The closing date for entries is 23:59 on the 15th February 2018. Please ensure you complete your entries by this date. Please complete all relevant sections of the form, entries that have incomplete information will not be accepted.

Shortlisted entrants will be notified by email or phone on the 17th February 2018 and will be required to send their physical projects into Needlecraft Awards, F&W International, Octagon Pynes Hill Court, Pynes Hill Court Pynes Hill, Rydon Lane, Exeter EX2 5AZ to be received no later than the 26th February 2018.

The awards will take place at The Knitting and Stitching show in Kensington Olympia on the 1st March at 16.30.

The criteria to which your entry will be judged on is held at: https://www.sewandso.co.uk/national-needlecraft-awards-2018.php. Please ensure you read the criteria for the awards you are entering. If you are nominating a friend or family member for an award - please make sure that they are aware as if they are shortlisted will will contact them directly, as such we will require their contact details.

The organisers do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of any entry. By entering the competition you are confirming that your submission is your own.  

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered or feedback given regarding the selection of short-listed nominations or winners. There will be 3 shortlisted entrants for each category and 1 winner. Shortlisted entries will be communicated to on 16th/17th February.

We reserve the right to publish your entries without first seeking approval.

We reserve the right to extend the closing deadline and amend categories without prior notice.
