Customer Survey 2023

Welcome to the Dentally 2023 customer survey.
Since our last annual customer survey in 2022, the world of dentistry has continued to experience huge challenges; including the continued impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and patient backlogs, to staff shortages and NHS changes, to economic concerns with the rise of inflation and increased cost of living.  Over the past 12 months we have taken on board your valuable feedback and continued to incorporate your views in our product development, doing everything we can to support you now and in the future.  

Dentally is committed to supporting dentists. We want to drive technological innovation in dentistry  and over the next year we’re going to be working with you to deliver solutions that support and improve your processes within the dental practice.  

We are keen to hear your feedback and would really appreciate your input to help us continue to improve our software and customer service even further.
