In accordance with the provisions of the Representation of the People Act 1983 and Section 16 of the Electoral Administration Act 2006, the Council must undertake a review of the polling districts and polling places within its area every four years.

Section 17 of the Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013 also provides that the next review must take place in the period of 16 months from 1 October 2018.

Local political parties and councillors will be consulted and views invited from electors within the Parliamentary Constituencies of North Warwickshire Borough. 

We would welcome representations from those with expertise in relation to access to premises, or for facilities, for people who have different forms of disability.  Persons or bodies making representations should, if possible, give alternative places that may be used as polling places.

The review will formally commence from the date of this notice and will be completed in time to enable the Electoral Registration Officer to make any alteration necessary to the Register of Electors when it is next fully revised in December 2019. Existing details of polling districts and polling places are available for inspection Monday to Friday during normal office hours.
