The Mayor of Hyndburn is inviting nominations for a special Jubilee award for community service and dedication to the borough.

Please fill out this form to nominate an individual who goes above and beyond to help Hyndburn. Up to 20 people will be chosen to receive this award.

Nominations will be judged by the Mayor and his panel, winners will be invited to receive their award at Council meetings throughout 2022.
