North Tyneside Carers Survey 2021 |
Caring During the Pandemic
We want to hear from you about your experiences of caring during the Coronavirus Pandemic and understand what services you would like to access in the future. Your views and feedback will help improve services in North Tyneside. This survey will take about 15 minutes to complete and you could win £100 cash.
This survey is being conducted by North Tyneside Carers' Centre and Healthwatch North Tyneside, on behalf of North Tyneside's Carers Partnership Board. Your views and feedback will be stored safely and will be shared anonymously.
The North Tyneside Carers Partnership Board is responsible for raising awareness of carers issues and improving health and social care services in North Tyneside for carers. The board includes the NHS providers and decision makers, North Tyneside Council and local carers and voluntary sector organisations – North Tyneside Carers' Centre, Healthwatch North Tyneside and the Parent Carer Forum.
The survey asks you about your experiences as a carer, the experiences of the person you care for and the places you have accessed information and support during the pandemic. If you have used the services of North Tyneside Carers' Centre, you will also be asked to complete a short evaluation.
