We'd like to know:
- How does your project link to this year's NSHD theme of celebrating diversity in sport.
- What sporting heritage collection or story will you be sharing?  (The material you work with doesn't need to be in a museum or archive, personal and community collections count too and the material can also be contemporary). 
- How will you work with the communities represented through your project?
- What impact will your project have and how will you measure it?
- What are the outputs of your project? These can be physical, such as an exhibition or tournament or digital, such as a film or website.
- Who will deliver your project and what the project timeframe will be?
