Active Sussex have designed this survey to help you shape the training opportunities available to Sussex primary schools. It should take just 10 minutes to complete.
By filling out the survey you will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win one of six prizes:
1 x annual membership to the Healthy Futures online CPD platform
5 x £200 Premier Sports equipment/clothing vouchers and a personalised PE hoodie
