I consider it important that Bilfinger keep pace with and match all aspects of the agreed OCA rises

I would like the pay claim to include Bilfinger paying for ALL costs associated with CISRS Card renewal

In my view this is a top priority and I'd be prepared to take industrial action in support of a pay claim if need be.

This is an important issue and would consider taking industrial action in support of a pay claim

I have an interest in this issue but it's not my priority. I might be willing to take action, but it depends on the circumstances of the offer.

I don't really see the issue of pay as a priority and I'd be unlikely to support industrial action in pursuit of a 2018/19 pay claim
