Instructions for completion

We have put together a series of proposals on how we want to develop and improve the services we provide and make necessary savings in a document called the Safety and Wellbeing Plan. On the following pages are a set of questions and statements which relate to this year’s Plan. They are designed to give you an opportunity to tell us what you think. It will probably take you about 30 minutes to complete the questionnaire; longer if you choose to read the additional information. All responses will be treated confidentially and names will not be attributed to individual comments.

This questionnaire contains all the same information printed in the Safety and Wellbeing Plan, but we only ask questions on some of the pages. As you complete the questionnaire, you may find it easier to read the printable version of the Plan.

Once you have submitted your answers on the final page, you cannot return and amend them. The system we use records your IP address, and will only allow one complete response per IP address. You are given the option to review your answers before submission.

You can print and complete the questionnaire by hand, and return it to the Freepost address below. However, we would prefer it if you could complete the electronic survey.

The Safety and Wellbeing Plan can be requested by emailing information.officer@kent.fire-uk.org, via Twitter on @kentfirerescue, via FaceBook or by contacting us on 01622 692 121. It can also be downloaded from our website.

Please send any completed paper questionnaires and any additional comments by 09:00 on 15 January 2018 to:
