Survey for Northern members and colleagues.

TSSA has joint negotiating rights for for clerical, supervisory, P&T staff working in Northern.
We also have sole negotiating rights for management staff (excluding executive grades)
TSSA is a member led organisation. Our representatives and officials negotiate on behalf of YOU. That is why we feel it is of the utmost importance that we are fully aware of what the issues are affecting or bothering you at work.
Below is a short survey that asks a few basic questions. In providing us with the answers you will assist us greatly in getting a better understanding of whats going on. We can look at the issues and work out why they are happening, and working with you, we will then be able to look at what we can do about them.

The more members we have, the stronger our voice in the workplace and the more influence we have on dealing with the issues that affect you and your colleagues - you know why you're a member; why not ask the person next to you if they're a member? And if not why not?
