This first global survey is to improve our understanding of how pulmonary hypertension (PH) affects the lives of patients and their families to improve the delivery of care worldwide. The survey can be completed by patients with PH, or a family member or caregiver on behalf of the patient. If the patient is below 16 years of age, the survey must be completed by a parent or guardian.
This survey consists of three sections with each section taking approximately 10 minutes to complete.

This survey has been developed by PH specialists and patient groups from the Pulmonary Hypertension Associations of Europe, United States, United Kingdom and South Africa. It was coordinated by the Pulmonary Vascular Research Institute's (PVRI) Patient Engagement & Empowerment taskforce and endorsed by ERN-Lung.
