Giving you a voice

Hello and welcome to the 2018/19 ‘Giving you a voice’ Bedfordshire Police and Crime Commissioner Annual Survey.

I am Kathryn Holloway, the elected PCC for Bedfordshire.  I took up this role on 12 May 2016 and made a series of pledges to you around the priorities I was setting for the Chief Constable and the Force in policing the county, supporting victims and delivering improved community safety over the following years.

One of those pledges was to be a Commissioner for all communities. A method of helping me continue to achieve that is by finding out your thoughts on policing in Bedfordshire and what matters to you.  As a result, my office has devised this survey which will give me an insight as your PCC as to how I can help deliver improved policing across Bedfordshire.

Giving you a voice is extremely important to me and that is why I would really like to hear from you.

This survey includes questions about your views on local priorities, policing, contacting the Force, Signpost our website to support victims and the Community Remedy. It is being sent out to residents in Bedfordshire and will help the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner, police and partners to better understand issues at a local level and bring about positive changes.

May I take this opportunity to thank you for taking part in this survey which should take around ten minutes to complete. The closing date for submissions has been extended to Monday 23rd September 2019 and the survey results will be published late September 2019.

All best,

Police and Crime Commissioner, Kathryn Holloway
