I am Tom Kisiel, Lead Performance Coach at Loughborough University and an LTA 4 Senior Performance coach. My current role encompasses managing and delivering the programme to our performance students as well heading up our pro player squad which caters for players competing at ITF/ATP/WTA level. My career has led me to working with players at various ages competing at levels ranging from representing their club/county all the way to competing on the Pro Tour.
This project is a part of undertaking the LTA Master Performance Coach (MPC) level 5 course. Promoting exit routes is a topic I feel passionately about and one that is closely aligned with my day to day work. High level junior players transitioning onto the senior pro tour or taking up opportunities at University is becoming more of a hot topic year on year.
For the purpose of the survey, try to have one player in mind when filling it out (Coaches particularly).
