Action on Hearing Loss Scotland, the charity supporting the 945,000 people in Scotland who are deaf or have hearing loss, has produced this survey to gather information about the experiences and views of people who use NHS audiology services.

Please complete this survey if you have NHS hearing aids. We want to find out about the types of information and support you have received from NHS audiology and other hearing support services, as part of our work to highlight which parts of services are working well and also where there is room for improvement.
