The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak has meant that many health services have had to be delivered differently – often in different ways, such as over the phone or via video, and sometimes from different places, whilst other services have been temporarily suspended.  We want to understand your experiences of NHS services during this time and how these changes have impacted you.  

The survey is anonymous and will be used by the NHS providers and commissioners in Worcestershire and Herefordshire to help us improve our services.
