Introduction

ONLY PROVIDERS THAT TAKE 2, 3 & 4 YEAR FUNDING NEED TO COMPLETE THIS CENSUS.
 
Please work through the whole survey and complete as appropriate. We are required to collect this data by the Department for Education for national analysis.

The survey will be available from - 8am on 18 January 2022 until 8pm on 29 January 2022.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and must be done in one sitting so please ensure you have the following information available:

·         Numbers of staff and qualifications
·         Number and ages of children accessing 2, 3, 4 year funded places

Please ensure you also submit your Headcount Task through the Provider Portal as this forms part of the census return.
