2021 Tpas Member Survey

Welcome to the Tpas 2021 member survey.

Hearing the views of our members is always a top priority for Tpas but given the year that we have just been through, your views are more important than ever!  Not only will they help us shape our future member services, they will also provide the housing sector with a vital insight into where engagement is currently at.

And if that's not enough to persuade you to take ten minutes to complete the survey, we are also giving a £50 voucher to one lucky member (chosen at random) who completes the survey before the deadline of 9am on Monday 31st May.

Your responses will help us to:

1. Improve diversity and inclusion by collecting our membership demographics.

2. Successfully plan for resuming face to face events, conferences and training.

3. Develop our future offer and services to meet our members needs.

4. Examine how digital methods has impacted on engagement and what your future engagement priorities are.

All of the information that you provide will be treated as confidential and will only be used for research purposes. Your responses will not be identified as belonging to you, instead they will be combined with those gathered from other survey participants, and will be analysed as part of a group.
