In the second half of 2019, we (the Council and NHS Clinical Commissioning Group) created a new Adult Strategy.  In the Strategy, we set out a three-year vision for how health and care services would help adults live independent lives.  We also set out our priorities and an action plan, to make the vision a reality.

In the first half of 2020, the covid 19 pandemic began.  This meant that our plans for the Strategy did not develop in the way we expected.  The Strategy is now coming to the end of its three years.  We want to find out whether it has made any difference to the people we work with, and the people that we hoped would benefit from it (local patients and service users).

Responses to this survey will form part of a report on the progress we have made, and what we might do next.

In the Strategy, we set out eight priorities.  You can answer questions about all of the priorities, or just answer questions about the ones that interest you most.  Depending on how many questions you answer, the survey could take between 5 and 20 minutes to complete.

You don’t need to read it to answer the questions, but if you want to you can read the Strategy here: https://www.northeastlincolnshireccg.nhs.uk/publications/.

This survey is being hosted by Sector Support North East Lincolnshire (SSNEL). Please complete this survey by Friday 22nd July 2022.
