NCL We Can Talk Children and Young People's Mental Health Staff Survey |
Introduction
All staff working with children and young people across North Central London STP are being asked to complete this brief survey so that we can better understand staff skills and confidence in supporting children and young people with mental health difficulties who present to hospital. The survey should take around 5 minutes to complete.
The results of this survey will help inform the delivery of the We Can Talk Children and Young People’s Mental Health training, which will be delivered across the Trust in the upcoming months. We would like to hear from you about your experience of looking after children and young people with mental health difficulties, and in particular would like to understand what you feel your training needs are in relation to this.

The Child Outcomes Research Consortium (CORC) will analyse the feedback from this survey for the Trust and will retain the anonymised survey responses to inform future training. Responses will be kept anonymous and you will not be identified in any reporting.
