Broxtowe Borough Council, working in Partnership with Beeston Rylands Junior School Council and the Beeston Rylands Community Action Team are submitting a bid to the Nottinghamshire County Council Supporting Local Communities Scheme to help renovate the Leyton Crescent play area.

The toddler and main climbing units are nearing the end of their service life and need replacing. We would like you to help choose the style of items we include in the area and how we surface it.

A) Please pick your favourite style of unit from the pictures:

1. Modern climbing frame with banister slide

2. Modern climbing frame without slide

3. Traditional climbing frame with slide

* Select below

* B) What sort of surfacing would you prefer under the area (please bear in mind rubber and artificial grass are very expensive and an all artificial grass or rubber area will reduce the amount of money available for play equipment).

C) Do you prefer wooden play equipment, steel equipment or a mixture of materials?

1. Wooden

2. Steel

3. Mixed materials

* Select below

D)  Using the play area

* Do you use the play area already?

* Do you think it needs improving?

* Would you use it more if it was improved?

* E) Any Comments
