Background

Newtownbutler First Fermanagh's Club Development Plan (2016-2026) set out an ambitious vision by the Club to pursue the development of new sporting and community facilities for playing and non playing members.

The Club has already taken strategic decisions to purchase land for the development of a new playing field, and this project is well underway as a result of considerable fundraising and exceptional voluntary commitment by our members.

The Club acknowledge the ambitious plans set out in 2016 are only possible through a phased approach.  We believe it is prudent and timely to now focus on further phases of development.  This ensures we can start to focus our time, energy and resources over the next period to help deliver on our broader vision.

The Club have committed to undertaking a Feasibility Study to examine the potential of a new Health and Wellbeing Hub in the grounds of Newtownbutler First Fermanagh GAC, which will include new changing facilities, meeting facilities, multi purpose space and ancillary accommodation.  In addition, further plans will include a new Walking Trail and Nature Trail.

To deliver on these priorities will require significant investment and robust planning.  This includes extensive engagement with our members and our wider community.

We want your honest views and opinions on this proposed development and therefore invite you to undertake this short survey.

Independent consultants 'Insight Solutions' has been commissioned by the Club to undertake a Feasibility Study, which will help shape the next steps.

All surveys, unless you decide to submit your contact details at end, will remain anonymous.

We thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey and we value your input.  By working together we can begin to make improvements for the benefit of our club and community.

Thank you.
