Community Wellbeing Survey
Please tell us how the Coronavirus pandemic is affecting you and those close to you
The past weeks and months have seen life change dramatically in ways we could not have imagined. Some feel anxious about the ‘new normal’ and isolated from those they love; others have lost family members or are struggling to make ends meet.
Here at Quaggy we have kept some services open for Key and Critical workers, whilst adapting others wherever we can. We have updated our website with a new range of online resources and we are keeping in touch with vulnerable families and individuals through calls and video calls.
We now want to learn more about how the COVID-19 crisis is affecting everyone in the community so that we can think of new ways to respond to it and get through it together. The survey to follow ask 10 short questions to help us understand how the COVID-19 crisis is affecting people’s lives, health and wellbeing. We appreciate some of the questions may be sensitive, however, the responses you provide will help us get a clearer sense of what new services we may need to develop to help people get through the crisis. Your thoughts and feedback will also show us how we may need to adapt our services further to meet emerging needs. Your input is also vital in terms of demonstrating to funders why we need funding to keep services open and/or get new services off the ground.
If you would like to speak with someone about any difficulties you are experiencing, please call us on 0208 465 9785. Our offices are open 8-6 Monday to Friday and our staff are on hand to help and can advise about other sources of support such as the Charlton Athletic Community Hub.
Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and please also share it with others. We are mainly focusing on the areas and communities in West Greenwich, however we welcome all local Lewisham residents to complete the survey too.
