Thank you for agreeing to trial our NABCOP 2019 Annual Report regional presentation template.

 
The purpose of the NABCOP 2019 regional presentation template is to:
  • encourage each breast unit to interrogate and their NABCOP results,
  • provide a tool to present your NABCOP results to your stakeholders, and 
  • highlight specific areas of care to focus and develop a local action plan for quality improvement.
 
The regional presentation template is designed to be used alongside the 2019 NABCOP NHS Organisation Data Viewer. 

Guidance on downloading and navigating the 2019 NABCOP NHS Organisation Data Viewer can be found here. 


This evaluation form for the 2019 NABCOP regional presentation template has 4 sections and should take 5-10 minutes to complete.


Instructions
1.  This evaluation form should be completed by the person preparing and giving the presentation using the template. 
2. You should be able to complete the evaluation form in one sitting. If you leave the form incomplete and return to it later, you may need to restart the form from the beginning (depending on your internet browser’s cookie settings).
3. Please answer the questions based on your experience of using the regional presentation template.
