Healthwatch Hammersmith and Fulham is here to listen to local people and communities about their experiences of health and social care services. We do this to help services such as hospitals and GP surgeries do as best as they can for Hammersmith and Fulham residents.

We are aware that the ongoing social distancing measures and changes to regular services have an impact on peoples' physical and emotional wellbeing and health. In addition, the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic will impact local residents' access to the health and care services they normally use.

Please share your experience during the pandemic and social distancing measures.

We will share your anonymous feedback with providers and commissioners such as the local CCG, and with Hammersmith and Fulham Council, This will help them to ensure that the services respond to what people need locally.

All responses are anonymous.
