First, a sincere thank you for offering to support the CUREate project, funded by the Office for Students and managed by London Higher.

The purpose of this project is to highlight the affinity between creative study and/or practice with health. This is in part to encourage people with creative backgrounds to consider health professions but also to show how vital creativity is to health. 

As a starting point, we want to share perspectives from people who span the dual role of creative and health professional - in short, from you! This survey is just one way to share your experience - we also welcome videos, poems, drawings, etc. These will be shared on our website, and may also be shared in brochures, social media and other CUREate publications. By providing this information, you consent to this use, but can withdraw this consent at any time. 

There will also be opportunities to engage in person, but we will be in touch once the programme progresses.
