All organisations across the UK are questioning their approach to diversity, equality and inclusion, and it’s clear that our own sector needs to improve its practice, much in the same way that it has prioritised its approach to safeguarding.

As a first step in better understanding how organisations are addressing diversity and inclusion, we’re conducting a survey of Bond members to try and establish some basic benchmarks, with an initial focus on BAME representation in the workforce.
