Mental Health Supported Accommodation - Residents' Survey

Brighton & Hove City Council in partnership with NHS Brighton & Hove Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are currently reviewing three mental health supported housing services in Brighton & Hove (Shore House, Sanctuary Star and Route One).

We want to hear your experiences of using these services, particularly what worked well, and what could be improved in the future.  

The feedback, experiences and views you share will help to us to inform and shape mental health supported housing services in the future

Everyone who completes a survey will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to receive a £50 shopping voucher.
