Welcome to our petition.

We invite all Mungo's staff (irrespective of union membership), and concerned members of the public to sign our petition urging the executive to sign an 'Equalities Agreement' with Unite.

The agreement sets out 5 core organisational principles which are aimed at building more inclusive and harmonious workplaces. See the full details here.

The numbers signing the petition will be reported to the Mungos Executive, but no individual names will be given. Please add your voice and help us move away from division and towards equality for all.
