Thank you for completing this voluntary diversity monitoring form. The Sport for Development Coalition recognises the value of diverse governance, leadership and workforce. It is of critical importance to us that different lived experience informs our decision making, strategy and operation and that the workforce of the Coalition reflects the rich diversity of the communities and people who make up the sport for development movement. This includes not discriminating under the Equality Act 2010, but also building an accurate picture of the those applying for opportunities with the Coalition in order to encourage equality and diversity. If you would prefer not to disclose your personal details, each question has a ‘prefer not to say’ option.
