Cherwell District Council's Overview and Scrutiny Committee is trying to influence government to improve mobile phone coverage - particularly in rural areas. In order to achieve this, the council is collating a map of Mobile Phone Black Spots - areas where one or more mobile providers have no signal - and Mobile Phone Non Spots - areas in the district where there is No Mobile Signal. We have deliberately not asked for information on good and reasonable mobile signal strength.

Please could you complete and submit the form below to advise the council of mobile phone black spots known to you. If you know of more than one black spot please re-open this questionnaire and complete again until you have entered all your known black spots.

There are three ways to identify the black spots

•Post Code
•Grid Reference
•Description - Something like 'Road between ... and ....'

Thank you for taking the time to help us to help the community achieve better communications.
