Children and Young People with Headache or Migraine Survey 2018

At the Migraine Trust we think it’s important that everybody understands what life is really like when you have migraine or headache.  In particular we think that if  all teachers, doctors and politicians knew what it was really like they would be better able to help when its needed.

We are collecting the stories of young people in the UK who have headache and migraine so that we can make this happen.

Can you help us by filling out this short survey?

You don’t have to fill in every question but anything you want to share with us will be very helpful and anonymous.  The overall results of the survey will be used publicly.

If you need help answering the questions, please ask an adult to fill this out with you.  If your parents/carer have any questions about the survey, they can contact us at policy@migrainetrust.org

Thank you for your help!
