It’s your pay, have your say! Merseyrail General Grades 2023 Pay Offer
We are asking members to have their say on the one year no strings pay offer that Merseyrail has put to us for the general grades following the Avoidance of disputes meeting on 8 August 2023.
The offer for you to vote on is a one year no strings offer of:
• 7.1% increase.
• A fixed increase of £1800 for those earning under £24,000, giving an average increase to those staff of 8.11%.
Whilst we ask for you to provide your information this is so that we can confirm your entitlement to vote in this process, ensure your membership record is up to date, and be able to contact you if we need to clarify any of your answers to the open questions. How you voted will not be shared with any reps or the company. Only the overall anonymised result of the referendum will be shared with the wider membership and company.
