Detailed user-led matchday feedback, from disabled supporters and their companions, is vital in promoting Total Football #TotalAccess. 

CAFE proactively seeks feedback on matchday experiences, including what was good, what was poor and what could be better. This helps us to work with our stakeholders to improve access and inclusion at stadiums, and make the matchday experience a more welcoming and inclusive one for all disabled spectators.

Matchday experience feedback also helps CAFE to ensure we have the most accurate stadium information on our website, helping other disabled fans to plan any future visits to the stadium.

This questionnaire is designed to follow your matchday journey, from leaving home and arriving at the stadium to reaching your allocated seat, watching the match and leaving the venue. 

It also contains questions on any accessible services and facilities you may have used during the match and the service you received from stadium staff and volunteers.

Please only answer questions that apply to your own matchday experience - you do not need to answer every question. Please also provide as much detail as possible to best illustrate your experience.
