* 4. So far some funds have been used on projects delivered by the Marsh and Micklefield team, for instance, youth work, the community ranger, movie night
...and some funds have been distributed to other groups locally, to fund for instance, community buildings and business start ups, fun days and environmental projects.

How should residents team steering the project use the remaining funds?

Distribute all funds to local groups and projects through grants. Continue to lead on some work, but also make funding available to other groups and projects through grants. Lead on most or all of the work locally, and stop or reduce grant giving.

This would take between 2 - 5 hrs per month, depending on your availability. Any meetings would be planned to be accessible to all, including those with disabilities or childcare responsibilities.
